Quilts for Lunch Bio Page
Hello, everyone!
A new fall is almost upon us. Hang on, quilters - kids will be in school before you know it.
Kriss
Kriss Moulds
Kriss lives in Seward, Nebraska. She and her husband, a psychology professor, have 3 grown
daughters (who have all flown the coop), plus two wonderful grandchildren.
Originally from California, Kriss and family lived for 12 years in Baltimore, MD before moving to the
plains. Kriss, a former school teacher, has discovered family roots from all across the country where
various ancestors migrated from east to west. She loves reading American history and thus applying
events to the lives of quilters throughout these generations.
Encouraging quilting of all kinds, Kriss especially loves handwork, and enjoys working with beginning
quilters. She loves all show'n'tell. She plans to spread fabric addiction with as many others as she can,
believing in the therapeutic qualities of belonging to the quiltmaking world.
Kriss received her National Quilting Association teacher certification in June 2008. She's working
toward becoming a quilt appraiser, and enjoys being a volunteer at The International Quilt Study Center
in Lincoln, NE. She enjoys traveling, and looks forward to meeting quilters from all around the country.
